Consortium meeting in Salzburg during Christmas

Mid of December the Consortium Meeting for Buddy4All took place in beautiful Salzburg. The goal of this meeting was to look back on the results and deliverables from the previous time of the project, discuss the findings of the last User Workshop round and plan the upcoming field trial in spring. Everything ist being prepared for the finishing straight.

In between, there was also time for delicious mulled wine and fine delicacies from the “Salzburger Christkindlmarkt” :-)

Agenda

The tow-day meeting took place at the office of the Consortium Partner GTA (GedächtnistrainingsAkademie). The focus of the first day was on the User Workshop Findings and the resulting Change Requests. The business plan also had to be sharpened and updated together.

On the second day, the Consortium Partners discussed the next steps of the Dissemination Plan, Above all, about the target groups and the appropriate use of social media to report on B4A and address the right target groups. A risk analysis was also prepared. The rest of the day was dedicated to planning the field trials that will take place in Austria and Switzerland in the spring.

We will update on the upcoming exciting field trials here.

Many thanks to the GTA team for their hospitality, for organizing and coordinating the meeting - and for the sightseeing in Salzburg and the visit to the wonderful Christmas market.
